Hi! My name is Lars. I’m glad you’re here.
Amplify Talent’s mission is to build a better world of work by elevating the field of HR.
I created the Amplify Talent Community so that I could invest more time and effort into the next generation of people leaders.
The best way for me to support you on that journey is through ongoing connection beyond exchanging comments and DM’s on LinkedIn.
I spend a lot of my time in the Amplify Talent community, which means I spend a lot of time with the community members. I want to help you succeed and grow as a leader.
I host weekly mentor hour video chats and monthly office hours. I enjoy helping community members connect the dots on projects and network building. I also provide behind-the-scenes looks at conferences and events, live interviews, and more.
I want this community to be a space for proactively helpful people who want others to succeed.

Who is the community for?
The community is for senior practitioners and leaders across HR, people operations, talent, and recruiting. The sweet spot for Community Plus members is in the Manager to VP range.
How much does a Community Plus membership cost?
Less than most conferences - $120/month or $1,000/year USD.
Is there a trial period?
There is no trial period for Community Plus membership since Community Membership is free to allow members to experience the community before becoming a Community Plus member.
Are there Community Plus Membership scholarships?
Not at this time. We may explore that in the future.
Do I have to download the community app?
Nope! You’re welcome to entirely use your web browser of choice for all your community activities.
Are leadership development cohorts included in Community Plus Membership?
No. Leadership development cohorts will be priced separately when they launch later this year.
